Nutritious and Low-Calorie Korean Bibimbap Recipe

Ingredients for Appetizing Korean Bibimbap:


– 200g of cooked rice


– A handful of spinach


– Adequate amount of bean sprouts


– 1/3 of a zucchini


– 3 shiitake mushrooms


– 1 egg


– 1 spoonful of Korean bibimbap sauce


– A pinch of roasted seaweed flakes


– A pinch of toasted white sesame seeds


– Adequate amount of oil



Steps for Preparing Appetizing Korean Bibimbap:


Step 1: Prepare the ingredients and wash the vegetables.


Step 2: Scoop out the seeds of the zucchini and slice it.


Step 3: Remove the roots of the spinach and cut into sections.


Step 4: Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and slice them.


Step 5: Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry bean sprouts, zucchini, spinach, and shiitake mushrooms separately.


Step 6: Pan-fry the egg sunny-side up.
