Korean Bibimbap Recipe

Every time I watch Korean dramas and see people eating bibimbap, my mouth waters. During the Chinese New Year holiday, when chasing dramas at home, make a bowl for yourself! Ingredients for Korean bibimbap: One raw egg, one bowl of rice, appropriate amount of Korean bibimbap sauce, appropriate amount of sesame oil, appropriate amount of bean sprouts, a few slices of oyster mushrooms, two spinach plants, one zucchini, three slices of beef belly. Steps for making Korean bibimbap: Step 1: Remove the roots of bean sprouts.
Step 2: Wash the zucchini.


Step 3: Cut into semicircular slices.


Step 4: A few slices of oyster mushrooms.


Step 5: Tear by hand.


Step 6: Beef belly.


Step 7: Fry until cooked. Cut into small pieces.


Step 8: Cook the vegetables and control the water.


Step 9: Serve the rice.


Step 10: Arrange the vegetables and meat on the rice. Squeeze on Korean bibimbap sauce and pour an appropriate amount of sesame oil.


Step 11: Fry the egg on one side. The egg yolk must not be cooked. Sprinkle some sesame seeds for decoration.


Step 12: Watch Korean dramas and eat while mixing!
