Delicious sushi is truly unforgettable.
Ingredients for sushi: 1 sheet of nori, 1 fruit cucumber, 1 fruit carrot, 1 pickled radish, 2 shrimps, 1/4 of a corn cob, 120g of sushi rice, appropriate amount of salad dressing, 3 teaspoons of sushi vinegar.


Steps for making sushi:


Step 1: Prepare the fillings as shown in the picture.


Step 2: Take out the cooked rice and add three teaspoons of vinegar. Wear a disposable glove and mix well until evenly distributed. Let it cool. You can add vinegar while tasting to ensure the right flavor.


Step 3: Spread the rice evenly on the nori sheet and add fillings. I originally planned to add shredded meat but forgot. If you like, you can add more fillings such as shredded meat, ham, tuna, etc. Add whatever you like.


Step 4: Start rolling from the bottom. Pay attention to tightening while rolling and not rolling the bamboo mat for sushi into it.


Step 5: Cut it into small pieces with a knife and it’s done.


Step 6: Start making the second and third types. Cut three long strips of nori sheet by scissors or a small knife as shown in the picture.


Step 7: Mix the steamed corn with an appropriate amount of salad dressing.


Step 8: Make a small rice ball, wrap it with the cut nori sheet, and then add the mixed corn kernels from the previous step on top. You can also add other things you like.


Step 9: Make another small rice ball for the third type. Put the prepared shrimp on top and wrap it with the thin strips of nori cut out just now. You can add salmon or anything else as you like.


Step 10: The finished product. I like the corn one the most.
