Method for making Korean Bibimbap: Step 1: Prepare all ingredients; you can also choose your preferred types of vegetables and meat. Step 2: Stir-fry the ground beef with oil, add cooking wine and soy sauce, and cook until fragrant and crispy, then set aside. Step 3: Slice fresh shiitake mushrooms thinly for later use; cut abalone mushrooms and carrots into fine shreds for later use. Step 4: Blanch the vegetables in boiling water, remove and cool to a manageable temperature, then squeeze out excess water with your hands.
Step 5: Blanch spinach and wood ear mushrooms in boiling water, cut the wood ear mushrooms into thin shreds, cool the spinach to a manageable temperature, squeeze out water, and cut into 2 cm pieces.
